Through a series of exercises, we help you pinpoint where it is going well and where you or your team might need some extra love and skills.

In this three day workshop, we use conflict analysis tools to understand the context you are working in, identify what is maintaining the status quo, what you can do to nurture peace and who you can do it with.
You will go home with a fresh outlook on your work and an actionable plan.
